Alien Higgs3 World Tags provide uniform behaviour and consistent performance globally. The memory is 96Bit EPC, 512Bit User Memory and 64Bit Unique ID number. This hybrid card is a combination of the following two RFID Technologies built into one card.

The NXP MIFARE Classic S50 with 1Kbytes EEPROM read/write memory is compatible with existing MIFARE infrastructure. It operates in accordance with ISO 14443A. The MIFARE S50 works with reading distances of up to 10cm with true anti-collision properties. The MIFARE Classic S50 is the pioneer and most commonly used contactless smart card ICs operating in the 13.56MHz frequency range.
